Hi, I’m Staci.
I am a Licensed Social Worker, passionate learner, trauma-specialist, mom, and friend. Originally from San Diego, I moved to South Florida in 2008 to be closer to family! I graduated from FAU with a Masters in Social Work. Helping people overcome their challenges and become more authentic to themselves is incredibly rewarding.
I have expertise working with trauma, depression, anxiety, family issues, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, among other things. It’s a true gift to get to help people process, learn, and grow.
After becoming pregnant with my daughter, I became motivated to study perinatal mental health. There is not enough education and support out there for new mothers; it’s a wonderful, overwhelming, formative time! I specialize in helping people who are moving through the journey to parenthood (or are already parents) helping them find happiness, heal, and thrive as the caregivers they want to be!
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, making up ridiculous songs to sing to my daughter, listening to podcasts and thinking about where I'd like my next adventure to be!

In my experience in being on both the therapist side and the client side in therapy, the relationship is everything. My approach is to be honest and authentic with my clients. What you see is what you get! I will meet you where you are and create an environment where you are able to speak and feel freely.
I use different modalities depending on your specific needs and work to understand you as your whole person to help guide you into understanding yourself better.
