Motherhood is hard. You may feel lost, lonely, touched-out, joyful, angry, empty, blissful, all at the same time.

Postpartum therapy can help you feel a renewed sense of hope and fulfillment in your journey as a parent.

You don’t have to struggle alone or pretend you’re fine if you’re not. Motherhood can be incredibly overwhelming and confusing under the best of circumstances. When you don't feel immediately bonded to your baby, are consistently anxious, feel under supported even though you have a loving family and/or partner, or have thoughts about whether it was the right decision to have a child or not, it makes it even harder. You are not alone and nothing is wrong with you.

You are the perfect mother for your baby. Yes, even if you are struggling. Yes, even if you don’t believe it.

Taking care of yourself by reaching out for support and letting someone help you process the trauma and changes you’ve gone through is not just a gift to yourself. It’s a gift to your whole family. A healthy mama is a happy, healthy family. You deserve to be cared for, too.

You are the expert in you. We will work collaboratively to help you better understand yourself, connect with your baby in the ways that feel good to you, and heal the parts of you that feel isolated, angry, not good enough, and broken.
